Once you have created a new job on UKCIL, you will immediately be able to search through our vast and growing database for a PA who meets your requirements. We will also notify you of PAs who are a suitable match to your role and PAs from the database will begin contacting you when they see your advert.
Don’t worry if you are not able to immediately see a suitable PA on the database because your job will also be advertised across a plethora of industry-related job boards to ensure your advert reaches far and wide and that your search for your next PA results in the most choice for you. This has proven to help individual employers like you to find PAs more quickly and efficiently: our employers have reduced their time to hire by 66% by using UKCIL* and suitable PAs currently apply to new roles on UKCIL in an average of 48 hours.
Because UKCIL is hosted on a secured cloud infrastructure, the same as which supports Netflix and Uber, our security and privacy settings are very high. To help us keep your data safe, it is advisable to refrain from sharing any personal contact details (such as your name, address, email, phone number etc) in any of your section of the job itself (including the title and description). These details should only be included in the private, non-disclosed ‘profile’ section of your UKCIL account.
