Why is my annual subscription set to auto-renew?

If you are an employer without a managed bank account (MBA), where you pay UKCIL by invoice or credit card, your annual subscription to UKCIL is set to automatically renew, every twelve months.

The reason why we default all of our customers to auto-renewing their subscriptions is that the majority of our customers, across the country, want their subscriptions to auto-renew, as most of our customers continue using UKCIL beyond twelve months, to meet on-going PA management and hiring requirements.

We let you know that your subscription is set to auto-renew by default:

  • When you sign up
  • When you make your payment
  • Via email, four weeks before your subscription being auto-renewed
  • Via email, one week before your subscription is auto-renewed

If you do not want to auto-renew your subscription, you can change your settings when signing up or paying, or you can use the link provided in our reminder emails, which we send out to you, weeks before your subscription is renewed.

You can view your subscription details within the “My Account” section. You will also be able to see the end date of your current subscription here.
