When you sign up, if more than one care organisation is responsible for supporting people in your particular postcode, then all of the care organisations - which could include CILs and ILOs, will be presented with details about the support they offer, specialisms, and costs. This allows you to choose the solution that is best for you; i.e. which care organisation you wish to work with, and have the support of, when using UKCIL to employ personal care assistants.
