How do I arrange an interview with a personal care assistant / PA?

Once you've posted a PA job, and you start receiving applications for that job, you will either want to wait until the close date passes before you shortlist who you'd like to meet, or you may want to immediately start inviting the most appropriate candidates to an interview. 

You can do this simply by following the below steps:

1.  From the Dashboard, you will need to click on "Applications" found in the middle of the screen, to the right.

2.  Choose the specific job by clicking on the job's title under the "name" tab. Then, next to the personal carer that you want to invite to an interview, click on the "Change Status" button to the right of that person's name. Then a drop-down menu will appear where you can click on "Offer Interview".

3.  You can then create an invitation for this candidate by filling out the details in the interview form and following the steps to suggest a date and time.

TIP:  We advise you to meet in a public place, close to your home, but not IN your home, when you first meet; and do ask the PA to bring references and their DBS certificate / driving license with them if that's what you would like to see.
