As long as there are sufficient funds in your MBA to cover the £96 annual UKCIL fee, you can complete your profile and register with UKCIL. When you come to the page that asks for your payment details, please contact your Independent Living Advisor, who will log into your UKCIL account via their admin account to override the need for payment to UKCIL.
