How does an ILO manage employer accounts?

An ILO, its associated organisations and all of its members, have full access to the UKCIL platform.

Elderly or disabled employers can self-manage their accounts, or they can have a separate account manager, which may be their appointed carer. The employer can also designate a Care Organisation user to manage their account; with the option of the communication going to the designated account manager, Care Organisation owner, or both.
