What does UKCIL do?

UKCIL allows a three way interaction to take place between a Supporting Organisation (SO), their individual employer and a PA.

Our aim to make the process of finding PAs easier and quicker for SOs and individual employers who may be elderly, disabled or suffering with a long-term health condition (including personal health budget holders, DP users, recipients of self-directed support and self-funders).

Supporting Organisations, including charities, CILs and LAs, can create individual employer accounts on the UKCIL portal, and adverts on behalf of their clients. From within their team's personalised hierarchy, they have the discretion to easily view and manage all subscriptions, adverts and applications.

Our adverts are placed across multiple leading recruitment sites, partner job boards and social media platforms. All applications are handled in the portal, so the team can use their helicopter view to manage multiple recruitment journeys with ease.

To make the journey more seamless and to save additional administration burdens, individual employers can be invited by their SO to access their UKCIL account, using their own login details, on a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
